Our Policy

At Gibson's Auto Solutions, our mission is to provide honest, high-quality automotive services with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Service Hours & Scheduling

  • • Gibson's Auto Solutions is available for service from Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm. Saturday 9am to 2pm.
  • • After-hours drop-off and pick-up available by appointment.

Work Authorization, Estimates & Invoices

  • • You may recieve a quote through our contact form. Or by contacting us in another manner.
  • • All work must be approved and signed for by the customer after an estimate, or invoice prior to any work being performed.
  • • Under Ohio law, you (the consumer) have the right to a verbal estimate, written estimate, or no estimate at all.
  • • Estimates or invoices will be provided before any service begins. You may request a copy at any point.
  • • Customers will be notified immediately of any unexpected issues or delays regarding parts, or other problems found while servicing the vehicle. If the issue is of a safety matter, the customer must sign a form that they are aware, and hold responsibility if they choose not to repair the issue.
  • • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (Excluding Sunday).

Required Documentation

  • • We have two forms that must be signed before any aftermarket/performance services will be rendered. Our Liability form, as well as a Release of Service form.
  • • These forms are provided before any services are rendered. Typically once you accept an estimate.
  • • These forms outline that you understand and are aware of the rights you have as a consumer in Ohio, the services being provided, and that you release the vehicle for service to Gibson's Auto Solutions.
  • • Refusal to sign a release of service form will result in a refusal of service.
  • • Refusal to sign the liability form will result in a refusal of service.
  • • You hold the right as a consumer in Ohio to refuse service before the vehicle is in our posession.

Payment Policy

  • • Deposits for parts are due upon arrival of customer vehicle (if applicable), with payment in full upon completion of service.
  • • Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, PayPal, Credit/Debit.
  • • Vehicles will not be released until payment is received.
  • • Failed payments within 36 hours of service completion will result in additional fees of $50/day, not including lot fees. (in reference to Vehicle Storage line: 1)
  • • Failure to pay deposit (if applicable) will result in a refusal of service or a stop order to be placed upon said service until payment has been made.
  • • No contact within 72 hours, accruing lot fees, will result in the vehicle being removed from the property.

Parts & Materials

  • • Customers have the choice to have OEM parts, or high-quality aftermarket parts installed for their service.
  • • Customer-supplied parts are accepted, but no warranty is provided on parts not purchased through Gibson's Auto Solutions.
  • • If customer-supplied parts are not correct for the Make/Model and the customer refuses service, the consumer is responsible for paying the service labor required to access said part and reassembly.

Warranty Information

  • • Labor is covered by a 30-day warranty for OEM replacement parts.
  • • Aftermarket modifications are not subject to a 30 day warranty.
  • • Parts warranty is only subject to the manufacturer's terms if purchased through Gibson's Auto Solutions. Gibson's Auto Solutions is not responsible for parts warranty with customer supplied parts.
  • • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, racing use (for street legal applications), or tampering after the service. I will know.

Liability & Responsibility

  • • Gibson's Auto Solutions is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove valuables before service.
  • • Gibson's Auto Solutions is not liable for pre-existing issues or damage not related to our services. (in reference to Work Authorization, Estimates & Invoices line: 6)

Vehicle Storage

  • • Vehicles left beyond 36 hours after service completion will be subject to storage fees of $150/day.
  • • Extended storage on the property must be arranged and paid in advance.
  • • Failure to adhere to this policy will result in removal of the vehicle from the property. (in reference to Payment Policy line: 6)

Conduct & Safety

  • • Safety protocols must be followed at all times by staff and customers while on premises. No Exceptions.
  • • Abusive behavior toward employees or other customers will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and/or legal action. No Exceptions.

Gibson's Auto Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of major changes through email, signage, or our website.

All customers and staff are expected to review and adhere to these expectations.
