Return Policy

At Gibson's Auto Solutions, we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all parts, accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Electrical and electronic components
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange
  • Replacement items will be shipped once the defective item is received and inspected

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged on arrival).

We always recommend you use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund
